Established in 1986, Vita & Vita Realty Corp. is a privately held, fully integrated real estate company experienced in managing, leasing, developing, and investing in commercial real estate. Vita & Vita maintains nearly two million square feet of commercial property under management consisting of shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, land holdings, and other income producing assets predominately located throughout the Tri-State Area (NJ, NY, PA), greater Nashville area of Tennessee, North Carolina, Maryland & Virginia. Assets under management are owned by company principals and partners. Additional real estate investment holdings are managed by affiliate companies with commercial property exposure in eight states collectively.
