Tony began his real estate career in 1973 as a salesperson at Galesi Realty Corp. while obtaining a BA in Business at Montclair State University. He specialized in retail shopping centers and malls, property management, development, leasing, and brokerage.
In 1986, Tony utilized the experience he accumulated and founded Vita & Vita Realty
Tony began his real estate career in 1973 as a salesperson at Galesi Realty Corp. while obtaining a BA in Business at Montclair State University. He specialized in retail shopping centers and malls, property management, development, leasing, and brokerage.
In 1986, Tony utilized the experience he accumulated and founded Vita & Vita Realty Corp. Since then, Tony has developed shopping centers from the ground up in addition to acquiring several shopping centers in NJ, NY, PA, CT, GA, TN, NC, SC, MD, and VA. He specializes in the re-positioning, expansion and re-development of centers, including land acquisition for additional development. Tony’s leasing, development, and financing experience is extensive and varied. Throughout his career, Tony has been a principal in over seventy current and prior real estate properties comprising more than 3 million square feet.
Tony is President and the Broker of Record for of Vita & Vita Realty Corp. and serves as General Partner and Managing Member to numerous shopping centers and office buildings owned and managed. Tony is an active member of ICSC, Innovating Commerce Serving Communities.

Andrew holds the office of Executive Vice President of Vita & Vita Realty Corp. He co-leads the company's brokerage, development, and management departments while directing the operating and growth strategy for the company's portfolio. Andrew's experience is extensive and varied as his career in commercial real estate spans nearly four decades with the founding of Vita & Vita. In his ownership/leasing/brokerage capacity, Andrew has negotiated more than a billion dollars’ worth of real estate related transactions in the aggregate.
Andrew is also a Managing Member, General Manager, President, and principal to more than thirty partnerships and entities owning commercial investment properties predominately located throughout the east coast of the United States. He is an active member of ICSC, an Investment Committee Board Member and consultant to a series of private equity funds, and sits on the Board of Trustees of the Big G Charitable Foundation.

Sandy began her real estate career at Vita & Vita during her summers at college. She joined Vita & Vita full-time in 2010 after receiving a master’s degree from Fairleigh Dickenson University. Sandy earned her NJ salesperson’s license in 2011.

Sandy specializes in office leasing, tenant leasing and renewals, and co-developed The Corner Shoppes and Lincoln Square shopping centers. She closed deals with Giant and Weis Supermarkets and presided over several property acquisitions and oversees the Vita & Vita Corporate Office and tenant relations. Sandy is a NJ licensed salesperson and agent at Vita & Vita and is also a partner in several Vita shopping centers. Sandy is an active member of ICSC.

Andrew began his real estate career as a licensed NJ salesperson at Vita & Vita Realty Corp. in 2016. He went on to graduate from Lafayette College achieving a BA in Economics and started full-time at Vita & Vita Realty Corp. in 2020. Andrew earned his NJ broker's license in 2023.

Andrew is the project manager and leasing representative of more than 650,000 square feet of shopping centers, office buildings, and warehouse properties in NJ & TN. Andrew manages over 500,000 square feet of shopping centers in NC & VA. He continues to expand his experience in the capacities of development, acquisitions, and financing of commercial property. Andrew is an active member of ICSC, Innovating Commerce Serving Communities.

Andrew (Andy), a first generation Italian American, grew up during the Great Depression and was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran. The hardships of that period helped shape his lifelong work ethic and experience from an early age through his illustrious career in real estate.

Andrew (Andy), a first generation Italian American, grew up during the Great Depression and was a WWII U.S. Navy veteran. The hardships of that period helped shape his lifelong work ethic and experience from an early age through his illustrious career in real estate.
Andy began his career in 1955 with Galesi Realty Corp. based in Paterson, NJ at that time. He headed the brokerage department and later served as the company’s Senior Vice President. Although the company initially concentrated on residential transactions, in the early 1960’s the company began to focus on commercial real estate development at the dawn of the strip shopping center age. Andy began developing properties and brokering major department and grocery store shopping centers with anchors such as A&P Supermarkets, Grand Union, Grandway Department stores, Two Guys Department stores, and more. He additionally oversaw the construction of new properties as the company grew to be one of the largest owners of shopping centers in the State.
In 1984, Andy lost four of his business partners in a private plane crash. The timing of settling the estates coupled with the changing tax laws under the Tax Reform Act of 1986 confirmed his decision to sell more than a dozen properties and ownership interests. Properties that were not sold and were principally owned or developed by Andy were transitioned and managed by Vita & Vita Realty Corp. Andy became Chairman of the company from its founding in 1986 and remained through his passing in 2019 at the age of 92. Andy was a loving and devoted husband to Concetta, his wife of 68 years, and a beloved father, grandfather, and great grandfather to his four children, 14 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
